Our Team

Women Who Warrior came to life with one on one conversations and the realization there was a need for deep connection amongst women. “The more I started sharing this vision I realized that there was a handful of other inspirational women who were also looking to give their offerings of service and passionate to live in purpose. We all had something in common, we wanted to give and also to receive. We didn’t want to start this big project of creating a “Retreat” on our own. This community of powerful women grew overnight and the organic evolution of women wanting to support each other and collaborate has been beyond exciting.” - Randee B.

I am passionate about empowering women of all ages to listen to their inner voice, trust their intuition and stand in their power. When we can take care of ourselves in a loving compassionate way the better we are able to nurture the other relationships in our lives. You cannot serve from an empty vessel. My advice: Live a life of compassion. Believe the best in others and that each person is doing the best they can. Discover who you are and stand up for what you believe in.

Lindsay Deaguila

Creator of Transformational Experiences & Empowerment Mentor

Lindsay feels most alive by pushing limits, getting outside of her comfort zone and exploring movement through the body. With over 30 years of discovering passionate empowerment as a black belt Martial Artist, a Gymnast and everything fitness and sports, she continued her quest of further self-discovery as an avid traveler. She ventured into the unknown, some of which took her to climbing glaciers in Iceland, bungee jumping in New Zealand, scuba diving the deep waters of the Indian Ocean and sharing laughs with the locals any where she traveled. After checking 32 countries off her bucket list, she made her way down the Pacific Coast Highway on two hammock worthy trees at a time and found herself in Santa Barbara, CA where she has allowed

herself to express her enthusiasm for optimal living and engage in helping people find and fuel their passions. Currently, she shares her knowledge and love for self-discoveryas an Empowerment Mentor, through her passion project called the Inner Warrior Project. In parallel, she has created a concierge health and wellness program, which optimizes the way we live through physiology, nutrition and fitness.

“I measure happiness and success by the ability to encourage those to look inside, share their passions, goals, and transform their lives. My advice: Your body & soul is a temple, take care of where you live. Always be curious. Courage always beats convenience. Make eye contact. Listen intently. Give someone a hug. Put down your phone around people. Enjoy the moment.”

“I’m a big believer in having fun, living each day to the fullest and doing more of what makes you happy. My advice: eat whole nourishing foods, train smart, mobilize and take care of your body so you’re capable of living your best life. Don’t be so strict that you neglect yourself a good margarita once in a while, but don’t let it become a daily habit either. Smile and laugh often, count your blessings, express gratitude, and take care of the community and environment around you.”

Karina Muñoz Benalcazar

Originally a San Fernando Valley girl at heart, Karina moved to Santa Barbara to attend UCSB.  After college, she continued to explore different paths, one of which led her to an opportunity that was destined to change her life. Now, she has been Martial Arts and Fitness Instructor in Santa Barbara for over a decade. Her fondness and love for people and working through their struggles and accomplishments has inspired her to take her teaching to a higher level. Her passion is expressed through her own business, Inner Warrior Project and has granted her the opportunity to expand the knowledge of self-defense to be utilized as an important tool for individuals to stand up for themselves, for what they believe in, and for others.

She continues to teach and mentor students of all ages ranging from 3 years old to 68 years old. Being an immigrant from Peru, Karina never forgets her roots and prides herself in being an inspirational role model, with a particular interest in Hispanic Women, and to empower all to become leaders and “warriors” in their community.

“I believe in loving one another in harmony - look past the challenges and faults and see the good - their true heart and spirit. That kind of energy and a simple smile fuels my soul and makes me feel alive. My advice: Be true to yourself. We are not perfect, no one is. Love and appreciate the good qualities we have and what we can provide in our friendships, family, and relationships. Our unique qualities or talents, may be the missing piece that completes the puzzle in other’s lives.”

When we prove to ourselves we are strong, we are capable, we are good enough, over and over, our bodies and brains start to believe it. We become unstoppable! Isabel brings curiosity, non-judgment, and openness to everything she does. She has a deep passion for helping people get out of their own way and step into their best version of themselves.

“I believe we’re all just beginners and that no one really knows what they’re doing. But the best we can do is show up for ourselves, consistently, and to keep making steps in the direction that make you feel inner joy. So that over time, with the right tools and mindset, we really can be, do, and have anything we want! "Having the option to do our inner work is a privilege that we must honor by giving it all we've got." - Rising Women. My advice: You do you. And in order to ‘do you,’ it takes courage to look deep inside who you are, where you come from, who you want to be when you feel your best, what you desire...Just remember, you cannot heal what you cannot see. You cannot grow if you’re not curious. You cannot love if you cannot love yourself first. My dears, there’s nothing in nature that blooms year around, so don’t expect yourself to either. We are all works in progress, I just ask you to be open to possibility. Be patient. Be kind to yourself. Trust yourself. Honor your body. Understand your mind. Know that you always have choices. And hold gratitude in your heart.”

She has this strong desire to do more, be more, go to more… but kept saying that she was waiting for someone to realize her potential and put her to work. During this time she worked hard to pursue a private practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist to help people navigate their lives and go along with them on their growth journey.

Her main objective has been to improve quality of life. However, she still grappled with the idea that she wanted to do more… More than just sit in a big comfy chair and be reflective object in the therapeutic process. Dre wants to leave her mark on the world and believes in leaving this world better than when she found it. Too grand you’re thinking…? Same thought held her back for almost a decade, waiting for someone to say, “Okay it is your time to do something bigger.” She finally decided that someday wasn’t on my calendar and it was time to put my potential to work in order to fully live her purpose and passion. A combination of burnout and needing to reinvent herself allowed her to do that very thing.

Her mission for women who warrior is to help the ladies understand what led them to feel burnout or uninspired in the first place, how to understand it, and how to manage or prevent it. Secondly she is here to help the women Invent or reinvent themselves; to be that person they are wanting to be or have dreamt of being. To stop saying one day- and start saying dat one!

Day one of loving the life you live, personal, relational, and career. This is the time to go after what you want with support and education, to learn how to maintain without burnout, and to thrive within your potentials, passions, and have your purpose.
